About the role
This role involves managing construction projects and tool equipment installation for Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS).
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver construction projects, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls, and change management.
- Ensure project compliance with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures across disciplines including mechanical, process, bulk gas, electrical, architectural, water, PSSS, IT, and I/C.
- Interact with customer management, resource plan projects, and provide direction to construction project teams.
- Partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations, and Factory to develop and manage integrated plans.
- Build and drive a safety Culture of Caring in all business environments, from planning to execution.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in Construction project management on major industrial facilities.
- 4+ years of experience in large scope base build construction projects.
- 4+ years of experience in tool equipment installation.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field with 3+ years of experience in Construction project management on major industrial facilities and large scope base build construction projects and/or tool equipment installation.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
- Semiconductor experience.
