About the role
This role involves ownership of CFA (Color Filter Array) equipment to ensure a safe work environment, target equipment availability, and timely completion of maintenance activities. The equipment supports the manufacture of CMOS Image Sensors, specifically Dry Etch and Wet Process tools.
What you'll do
- Maintain and release Dry Etch/Wet Process equipment back to production.
- Develop and update work instructions and procedures for maintenance.
- Provide technical support and perform higher-level equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure proper documentation of all equipment maintenance work in Maintenance Manager (MaiMa) and Oracle EAM.
- Mentor equipment technicians in troubleshooting and best known methods.
- Prepare and report equipment status, activities, and workstation information.
What you'll need
- 5 years of experience as an Equipment Technician or Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Oracle EAM, MaiMa, SPACE, and CAMSTAR.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for graphs and data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
