About the role
This role focuses on ensuring in-line product quality and customer satisfaction through defect reduction and corrective action implementation.
What you'll do
- Monitor and analyze Quality KPIs.
- Ensure follow-up of action plans (PDCA) to improve production process quality.
- Conduct case analyses, including root cause analysis for scrapping events, high PPM losses, and recurring events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through shop floor feedback.
- Perform customer return analyses and monitor internal and external complaint indicators.
- Manage quality alerts related to suspicious lots shipped to Assembly.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree (Engineering or equivalent).
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including English proficiency.
- Defect analysis and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.).
- Quality KPI monitoring and analysis.
- Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes.
- Quality tools and reporting.
- Lean methodology.
