About the role
This role involves ensuring product quality throughout its lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to sustaining production, and managing quality alerts and communications with key customers.
What you'll do
- Guarantee product quality throughout its lifecycle, from development (NPI) to production.
- Communicate and address quality alerts with key customers.
- Lead 8D for internal and external product problem resolution.
- Coordinate problem resolution and corrective actions.
- Prevent failures by anticipating risks and proposing solutions.
What you'll need
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in electronics, microelectronics, or mechanics.
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably in semiconductors or electronics.
- Proficiency in the 8D method, failure analysis techniques, and risk analysis concepts.
- Ability to manage priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Written and oral communication in English, both internally and with customers.
