This role involves gaining a deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality, Operations, Package R&D, and Engineering processes.
What you'll do
- Study, conceptualize, and recommend improvements in various engineering processes.
- Support basic experiments and projects with assigned engineers.
- Present a comprehensive study of a chosen subject.
- Recommend solutions based on the study findings.
- Develop technical competencies within and across assigned areas.
What you'll need
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Physics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proficiency in using computers for data analysis.
- Proficiency in using computers for research.
- Proficiency in using computers for documentation.
