About the role
This role involves coordinating, routing, data analysis, and reporting to support the supply chain business manager in addressing material shortages and mitigation plans.
What you'll do
- Generate daily and monthly reports using SAP, Power-BI, and other internal tools.
- Follow up with internal supply chain teams and all organizational levels to gather information and push timely progress updates for material shortage/mitigation plans.
- Monitor consignment programs and provide replenishment risk alerts for look-ahead risk mitigation.
- Manage the ISA program, including routine fill rate report monitoring, new amendment, and claims validation.
- Execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks to identify material risks and prevent shipment issues.
- Maintain and update master data, and generate reports for Commodity Needs.
What you'll need
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administrative, or related courses.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power-BI).
- Final Year student, with a minimum 3-6 months internship preferred.
Nice to have
- Awareness of order management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
