About the role
This role involves performing corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks on semiconductor support tools to improve equipment availability, reliability, and maintainability.
What you'll do
- Monitor Equipment in assigned process area and be familiar with tool issues
- Create/modify Procedures and preventative maintenance specifications
- Trouble shoot minor tool issues to resolution
- Use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic measurement equipment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools in accordance with equipment specifications
What you'll need
- AAS in Mechanical or Electronics Technology or bachelor’s degree in related field
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, schematics, and maintenance manuals
- At least 3 years of equipment maintenance experience
