The work includes designing components such as sensor interfaces, data converters, multiplexers, active and passive filters, and power distribution systems.
What you'll do
- Assist in designing and developing analog and mixed-signal ICs including sensor interfaces, data converters, multiplexers, active and passive filters, and power distribution systems.
- Perform simulations and testing to validate design performance against specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for designs and test results.
- Participate in design reviews and cross-functional team meetings across the development process.
- Support debugging and troubleshooting efforts for analog circuit issues under supervision.
What you'll need
- Basic knowledge of designing and analyzing analog circuits including amplifiers, filters, and data converters.
- Foundational understanding of integrating analog and digital circuits in mixed-signal environments.
- Basic proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Familiarity with standard lab equipment including oscilloscopes, function generators, and spectrum analyzers.
- Basic knowledge of CMOS technology principles for integrated circuits and physical layout design considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Nice to have

How we counted: 327 open Analog IC Design (Analog Design) roles from 54 employers tracked in the SemiconductorJobs index, counted 29 Oct 2026. Specialty figures count only roles carrying this exact specialty label, so an employer's related work in neighbouring specialties is not included there — it is counted in the wider Analog & Mixed-Signal family row.
