About the role
This role is responsible for optimizing assembly processes to meet product, quality, and yield targets while supporting new product qualifications.
What you'll do
- Optimize and fine-tune assembly processes to meet product, quality, and yield requirements. - Support new product qualification and evaluate process margins. - Handle quality issues and manage problem-solving activities. - Provide customer support and manage regular customer conferences.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering. - At least 3 years of experience as a process engineer. - Familiarity with basic production procedures and failure analysis. - Proficiency in English, including speaking, listening, and writing. - Proficiency in office software. - Team collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
