About the role
This role supports customers in applying Onto Innovation's automatic optical inspection (AOI), Analytical Software products (ADC and Yield Analysis), and 2D&3D products. The position involves troubleshooting process integration-related issues and evaluating product performance at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical presentations and perform system demonstrations, sample inspections, and measurements for customers.
- Provide both on-site and remote applications support to customers.
- Assist customers in solving problems related to the application of inspection tools to manufacturing processes.
- Interface with external customers and internal departments to determine equipment specifications.
- Work with FSE to carry out final acceptance for new tool installation and customer training.
- Aid in the design and development of new equipment or redesign of existing systems to meet customer requirements.
