About the role
This internship involves architecting new analog, digital, and RF integrated circuits (ICs) for Texas Instruments products.
What you'll do
- Partner with business teams and system engineering to develop design specifications.
- Provide high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs for spec compliance and performance.
- Participate in design reviews and create design and product documentation.
- Supervise IC layouts to ensure a high-performance standard.
- Characterize prototypes, develop test specifications, and coordinate with test/product engineering for product releases.
- Drive behavioral models.
What you'll need
- Experience defining, designing, modeling, and implementing analog, digital, and RF integrated circuits.
- Ability to provide high-level analysis on chip architecture trade-offs.
- Experience supervising IC layouts.
- Experience characterizing prototypes.
