About the role
This role involves leading an Analog IC design team with product ownership from definition to release to manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership and responsibility from definition to manufacturing release.
- Direct, guide, and participate in designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits.
- Make assignments for team members, provide design guidance, develop schedules, and monitor progress.
- Evaluate intermediate and final project results during design and silicon evaluation.
- Work with and provide guidance to physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
- Collaborate with Design Verification, validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams.
What you'll need
- Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Strong fundamentals in power electronics and DC-DC converter topologies and design.
- Understanding of layout considerations for high-current monolithic LDMOS power devices.
Skills: analog IC, mixed-signal, schematic design, layout supervision, silicon validation
