About the role
This role involves learning and participating in the development of advanced RF front-end modules within an Analog IC Design co-op program.
What you'll do
- Work with experienced engineers to design/develop analog IC for Multi-chip modules
- Run simulations using design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso
- Participate and present in design reviews
- Perform lab testing using standard electronics test equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve design or technical issues
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) BS, MS or PhD program
- Commitment to work onsite for 6 months in Irvine from June/July to December 2027
- Strong career interest in analog circuit design
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Nice to have
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and SPICE
- Exposure to lab tools such as Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Multimeter etc.
