What you'll do
- Develop product specifications and system architectures.
- Define development plans for design, verification, and layout.
- Develop comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plans.
- Ensure high-quality product development through best practices and peer reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development, product engineering, bench evaluation, and quality assurance.
- Mentor and develop team members.
What you'll need
- Full competence in all common aspects of analog design.
- Design experience in precision analog circuitry.
- Design experience in power management circuits and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes).
- Ability to develop system architectures.
- Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations.
- Knowledge of IC development beyond analog design, including digital design flow, packaging, test engineering, and quality assurance.
