What you'll do

Design and develop common analog building blocks for SERDES, DDR, and memory.
Conduct simulations and verify analog circuit performance to meet design specifications.
Identify and refine circuit design to achieve optimal power, area, and performance targets.
Collaborate with product design and layout teams to ensure designs meet customer needs.
Perform design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Contribute to the development of design methodologies and best practices.

M.A.Sc. with 8+ years or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience in analog circuit design.
Experience with op-amps, current mirrors, and bandgaps.
Proficiency in using CAD tools for analog circuit design and simulation.
Knowledge of design for reliability (EM, IR, aging).
Knowledge of layout effects (matching, reliability, proximity effects), experience with layout design.
Experience with FinFET and Gate-All-Around technologies.
