About the role
This role involves designing, developing, and building analog circuits in advanced process nodes for analog and mixed-signal IPs. You will be contributing to serdes analog design and Rx/Tx/PLL.
What you'll do
- Design analog circuits in advanced process nodes.
- Create and optimize floorplans and review layout work.
- Develop comprehensive test plans to verify designs against circuit and block microarchitecture specifications.
- Evaluate test results, verify functionality, and optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, layout, and verification teams.
- Report design progress, collect and track performance and circuit design issues, and drive resolutions.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in analog circuit design, simulation, and verification.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools for circuit design and simulation.
- Experience in advanced semiconductor process nodes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in serdes analog design and microarchitecture (Rx/Tx/PLL).
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as PCIe and ethernet.
