About the role
This role involves serving as the customer quality interface for customers in AMNA, addressing FAs, and driving internal processes to ensure continuous improvement in FA Cycle time.
What you'll do
- Be the Customer quality interface for Customers in AMNA, addressing FAs and driving internal processes.
- Facilitate the FSO team to progress on the quality and Lean Six Sigma journey, from problem statement accuracy to proficiency into 8D’s.
- Manage the APS Governance at field and provide 8D Training to improve actionable Data analytics and Problem Solving capabilities.
- Develop and Deploy Quality Tools and Methods, identifying systemic issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Interface with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information.
- Manage QMS and ensure compliance to requirements through internal audits, external certification ISO standards and sourcing audits via Applied's SSQA process.
What you'll need
- Extensive knowledge of Quality processes and standards.
- Depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field within quality.
- Familiarity with the Semiconductor industry and tools.
- Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices.
- Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
- Wide knowledge and experience with Quality tools and methods.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 4+ Years of experience.

- English and Korean language skills.
