About the role
This role oversees and provides leadership to lower-level engineering managers and supervisors within a particular engineering section, focusing on the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products.
What you'll do
- Oversee planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods and operations.
- Ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel for quality products at minimum costs.
- Act as liaison with engineering in releasing new products.
- Develop systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products.
- Develop and evaluate personnel for efficient function operation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 10 years of experience in Product Engineering at the Device/Wafer Level.
- 1 year of leadership/management experience.
Nice to have
- Strong technical background in process/ test and device physics.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with AI systems for data analysis.
- Strong experience driving projects to successful conclusion.
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
