About the role
This general accounting position handles activities supporting consolidated accounting, including compliance with policies and SOX internal controls.
What you'll do
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including period-open processes and currency revaluation.
- Execute intercompany eliminations and consolidation entries for multi-entity financial reporting.
- Perform monthly FX, CTA, and Other Income & Expense analyses.
- Administer the full prepaid expense lifecycle across multiple legal entities.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations as both Preparer and Approver.
- Maintain lease schedules and generate quarterly reports in compliance with ASC 842.
- Prepare monthly Asset & Liability and Accrued Liability Forecasts.
- Submit required government and regulatory filings on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Conduct quarterly analytical reviews including Related Party Transactions and SaaS Classification.
- Support SEC reporting processes (10-Q and 10-K) by preparing reconciliation workpapers and schedules.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, and external auditors for alignment between actuals, forecasts, and reported financial results.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science Accountancy
- At least 5 years' relevant experience
- Strong technical accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong, disciplined work paper preparation skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
