About the role
The Account Manager serves as the primary customer interface and drives sales opportunities across assigned strategic accounts. In this role, you will focus on business development and sales growth for two major AI hyperscaler accounts.
What you'll do
- Spark and manage sales opportunities within assigned accounts, identifying strategic partners to promote and resell products. - Drive business growth across top AI hyperscalers by converting sales strategies into actionable programs. - Strategize and execute plans for complex accounts while contributing directly to technical aspects. - Develop and refine lead generation plans to sustain a continuous prospect pipeline. - Cultivate long-term customer relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction across the full product portfolio.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent expertise. - Minimum of 5 years of customer-focused sales or account management experience. - Familiarity with data center customers. - Technical understanding of silicon workflows, digital high-speed interfaces, and optical interfaces. - Understanding of RF & uWave, wireless cellular, and WLAN technologies. - U.S. Person status (Green Card holder or U.S. Citizen) and ability to perform local Bay Area travel.
