About the role
This internship position is for an Applications Engineer, focusing on technical training and customer-facing support within the semiconductor industry. The program includes rotations covering field sales, mass market strategies, and business unit functions, culminating in an international headquarter experience.
What you'll do
- Learn to work with customers to solve technical challenges and maximize revenue.
- Participate in innovative projects to create new and efficient sales processes.
- Understand how various components fit together to provide systems-level solutions.
- Use sales tools and design engineering relationships to identify potential projects.
- Provide customers with proactive proposals for system-level solutions.
- Influence customer part selection process using broad technical expertise.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Fluent in local language and English, both written and oral communication skills.
- Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components.
- Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (e.g., op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing).
- Experience with lab equipment, like oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills.

- Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended).
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
