About the role
This role involves supporting manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement for wet process, wet etch, and cleans.
What you'll do
- Support manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes
- Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and new product support
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow
- Identify systematic problems in process or equipment related sources and communicate findings
- Support manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs)
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 2 years experience as a Semiconductor Process Engineer within Wet Process, Wet Etch, or Cleans
Nice to have
- Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies
- Experience with Single Wafer Clean and hood Process Tools (LAM, TEL, DNS)
- Strong understanding of Cu and Al integrations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
