About the role
This role involves performing various operations associated with the processing of VCSEL Wafers by following process specifications, factory rules, routing information, and supervisory instructions. You will track production moves on the CAMSTAR database.
What you'll do
- Wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols.
- Follow all work instructions, established procedures, and SOPs.
- Maintain data integrity and handle product with extreme care.
- Maintain break schedules to keep production moving and follow dispatch lists.
- Adhere to department reliability expectations regarding attendance and punctuality.
- Communicate professionally and offer/accept constructive feedback.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, use basic arithmetic, and use material measurement equipment.
- Ability to read, understand, and speak English.
- Ability to use PC software including Webmail.
- Ability to work in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods, wearing full cleanroom attire.
