This role involves overseeing the maintenance of production equipment and supervising equipment and/or process technicians in the Silicon/GaN EPI and HWA group, ensuring minimum equipment downtime and adherence to company standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee technicians who repair and maintain production and test equipment - Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures - Manage training programs for proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair - Maintain inventory and/or spare parts - Schedule manufacturing activities - Select, develop, and evaluate personnel for efficient operation
What you'll need
- High School diploma/GED - Associates degree in technical field or 2 years of experience in Engineering, Technician or Maintenance Specialist capacity in fab environment - 2 years of relevant experience
Nice to have
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute training strategies - Demonstrated ability to create, modify and execute maintenance activities
