About the role
The Transportation Fleet & Workplace Associate supports day-to-day headquarters operations, managing the company vehicle fleet, office environment, and vendor partnerships. This hands-on position directly supports workplace operations and employee experience at the San Jose campus.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day operations of the company vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling, utilization tracking, registration, and inspection logs.
- Coordinate with external service centers and repair shops to ensure vehicles are serviced in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Support daily headquarters office operations to maintain a safe, clean, and fully functional work environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee workplace requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support invoice payments, purchase order creation, and expense tracking in partnership with Finance.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal departments on vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and service agreements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, facilities management, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, fleet coordination, office management, or a related role (internship experience welcomed).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple operational priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
