Test Operator (Full Time/3rd Shift)

Operate semiconductor test systems and Nextest interfaces for low-power, high-density device production testing.
About the role
As a full-time Test Operator, you will support production and prototype testing efforts by operating semiconductor test systems, ensuring accurate and efficient test execution to meet delivery schedules. You will work on standard, semi-custom, and custom SKUs focused on low-power, high-density designs.
What you'll do
- Hand test chips manually to product specifications from production trays, using hand vacuums to move product between product trays and test heads.
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance on testers, motherboards, and load boards, including diagnosis and debugging.
- Diagnose and debug manual tester and setup issues, providing standard documentation for repair.
- Manage and maintain sockets to ensure correct performance.
- Enter proper lot information when starting the Nextest System user interface, and accurately record test outcome data into automation software.
- Comply with corporate and ISO standards to support continuous improvement in test operations.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work onsite during the scheduled shift.
- Ability to accurately follow written instructions, test procedures, and work instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry, navigating test interfaces, and logging results.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle small electronic components and devices.
- Ability to work independently, maintain organization, and stay focused in a production environment.
