Support the Test Operations Group by maintaining Advantest 93K and Teradyne Uflex testers and related hardware.
About the role
This role involves maintaining various types of test equipment on the test floor and providing support to Test, Product Engineering, and Production groups. You will support devices ranging from Carrier, Automotive, Enterprise, and Data Center product lines.
What you'll do
- Help maintain Advantest 93K and Teradyne Uflex testers and related hardware.
- Provide tester, handler, and prober hardware support to Test, Product Engineering, and Production Teams.
- Work with Field Service Engineers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair handlers and prober systems.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades.
- Input and track requests for new hardware from Product, Test, and Production teams.
- Assist in performing calibration and Preventive Maintenance.
What you'll need
- Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Basic understanding of hardware products, printed circuit boards, electronic manufacturing.
- Ability to organize technical information, summarize data, and communicate clearly.
- Basic PC skills with Microsoft office suite.
Nice to have
- Coursework or project experience related to the design and repair of electronics, circuits, electromechanical systems, manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux operating and networking skills, and inventory control systems.
- Internships in the semiconductor field.
