About the role
This Test Engineering Intern position involves developing automated test software and measurement automation for RF and Analog test equipment. The role specifically focuses on projects related to the MHB PAD RF module within the Advanced Cellular business group.
What you'll do
- Create automated test software using AI to control test equipment and execute test plans.
- Develop measurement automation using Python, C++, C#, and custom Qorvo software.
- Measure products using Qorvo custom testers, including RF and Analog test equipment.
- Process, verify, and analyze measured data using Excel and/or Spotfire.
- Assist TX and RX designers with evaluating parts from various DOE builds.
- Help interpret new customer specs and develop testing methodology for measuring those specs.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with an emphasis in RF.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, or other object-oriented language.
- Knowledge of using AI for coding and automation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Spotfire and/or other data analysis software tools.
