About the role
This role involves developing automated test software and characterizing products using various test equipment. This internship is offered within Qorvo's Advanced Cellular and Connect & Sensor business groups.
What you'll do
- Create automated test software using object-oriented languages to control test equipment and execute test plans.
- Measure products using test equipment such as DC source/measure units, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and digital pattern generators.
- Process, verify, and analyze measured data, producing clear and concise presentations and reports.
- Document test system and software designs.
- Leverage AI tools in a rapid prototyping workflow.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Analog/RF or digital circuit design coursework and/or experience.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, or other object-oriented language.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
