About the role
This role involves providing support to Manufacturing and Product Marketing at all levels of tool operation. You will develop and implement new product test methods and optimized documented methodologies.
What you'll do
- Manage the review of customer specifications and tool configuration.
- Develop test definition and functional requirements for new products.
- Perform marathon cycle testing and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Perform electro/mechanical failure mode analysis and provide feedback to design engineering.
- Support manufacturing and contract manufacturers for new product introduction.
- Train technicians and new employees on product platforms.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience working with and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems (OEM); or a Master’s Degree with 3 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret highly technical documents (e.g., schematics, mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, bills of material, routings, operating, maintenance, and safety instructions/procedures).
