About the role
This position is a member of the manufacturing services group responsible for supporting test and test development activities, as well as maintaining existing test infrastructure on the production floor. The role supports 24/7 factory operations within a cleanroom environment in Sherman, TX.
What you'll do
- Maintain, bring up, and support improvements or upgrades to test infrastructure on the production floor. - Perform calibrations and validations of test equipment, and co-develop calibration procedures, SOPs, and OCAPs with senior technicians and engineers. - Perform, analyze, and act on SPC charts, KPIs, and material dispositions. - Develop and perform basic and advanced DOEs to support engineering teams. - Operate high-speed test equipment, including network analyzers, pattern generators, oscilloscopes, and error detectors. - Update and maintain test documentation, and provide equipment-related training to operators and technicians.
What you'll need
- Minimum 15 years of semiconductor, equipment maintenance, or related experience. - BS or equivalent degree. - Working knowledge of optics, mechanics, and electronics. - Hands-on experience with high-speed test equipment such as network analyzers, pattern generators, oscilloscopes, and error detectors. - Practical experience with soldering, oscilloscope usage, and computer networking troubleshooting. - Ability to work compressed 12-hour shifts supporting a 24/7 manufacturing cleanroom environment.
