About the role
This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and productivity.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and execute timely repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support equipment installation, qualification, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
What you'll need
- Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, pneumatics, and automation systems.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work on shifts and support production requirements.
