About the role
This role involves executing process characterization activities, ensuring sputter processes meet key performance parameters, and supporting production through process monitoring and adjustments.
What you'll do
- Perform process characterization for sputter equipment and materials.
- Conduct buy-off by verifying key process input variables (KPIV).
- Perform measurements and data collection for characterization samples.
- Monitor key process output variables (KPOV) during production.
- Perform process adjustments to maintain specifications and resolve deviations.
- Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
What you'll need
- Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of process control parameters.
- Knowledge of measurement techniques.
Nice to have
- At least 0-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or sputter process operations.
