About the role
This role is responsible for operating and supporting semiconductor test manufacturing at the wafer level to ensure high product quality and efficient production output.
What you'll do
- Operate automated wafer probe equipment and verify test programs and hardware.
- Respond to test alarms, fails, or deviations, and troubleshoot testers, probers, and test hardware.
- Monitor test performance, yield, and equipment status throughout shifts.
- Record test results and production logs in MES systems and communicate issues during shift handover.
- Assist engineers with new test solution setup, correlation, and verification.
- Support root-cause analysis for yield excursions or continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Ability to work rotating shifts in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or hands-on experience.
