The Technical Project Manager leads strategic ramp and operational improvement programs across DDP Operations, reporting directly to the Ops Head. The role focuses on enhancing manufacturing efficiency, capacity readiness, productivity, and execution performance.
What you'll do
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Demand management, and Business teams to drive scalable growth and remove operational constraints.
- Lead strategic ramp and operational improvement programs across DDP Operations to optimize resource utilization and ensure successful ramp execution.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve throughput, cycle time, operational excellence, and delivery performance.
- Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
What you'll need
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of expertise in technical project management or operational program management.
- Experience driving ramp execution, manufacturing efficiency, and capacity readiness in operational environments.
- Proven capability in solving complex problems using analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify solutions.
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with cross-functional partners to adopt different points of view.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
