About the role

This role involves managing the critical path of key project deliverables while balancing schedule, resources, and cost for Source Research (SR) learning and testing deliverables.

What you'll do

• Manage system hardware and software integration and completion of technical learning deliverables.
• Own deliverables including qualified BoM/SW baseline, qualified build/setup & test sequence, and qualified upgrade packages.
• Align on schedule, resources, and cost with stakeholders across sectors: Safety, Facilities, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering.
• Report on deliverable status and quality to project lead, program, and line management.
• Own the release strategy for baseline and upgrades and roll up to high-level plans.
• Manage critical path of hardware and software integration.

What you'll need

• BS or MS in an Engineering discipline or Physics.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to align communication with various teams.
• Excellent skills managing stakeholders across sectors.
• Analytically strong, enthusiastic, flexible, assertive, proactive, and structured approach.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, information, and documents.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in EUV light sources and technology.
