About the role
This role involves leading cross-functional teams to execute new product releases and ensure successful return on investment, particularly for ASC Interface products. This includes working with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites to guarantee schedule, cost, and quality.
What you'll do
- Lead a cross-functional team on the execution of releasing new products.
- Work with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites to guarantee schedule, cost, and quality.
- Plan projects from the Assess Opportunity Phase to Release to Market, ensuring they remain on budget.
- Drive and motivate team members critical to the flawless execution of each product and project.
- Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine the root cause of reliability and qualification failures.
- Drive the development and implementation of Qualification plans.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
- 4+ years of experience with Project engineering, Product engineering, or Test-related fields.
- Proven leadership capabilities in leading multifaceted organizations.
Nice to have
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set realistic plans.
- Ability to coordinate and lead global development teams on projects including design, silicon fabrications, production test development, qualification, and production ramp.
- Knowledge of device packaging and wafer fabrication process.
- Knowledge of reliability requirements and tri-temp characterization methodology using statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
