About the role
Technical Program Manager responsible for planning, driving execution, and orchestrating multiple workstreams and dependencies to deliver software releases. The role coordinates across engineering and product teams to support SambaNova's Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit (RDU) systems and software infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Lead software programs and initiatives across multiple locations covering diverse technical areas. - Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and capabilities. - Develop comprehensive execution plans across diverse team efforts to improve visibility, scalability, and engineering velocity. - Provide hands-on program management from development to deployment, including requirements gathering, scope management, schedule tracking, qualitative testing, and documentation. - Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes across multiple streams. - Identify and implement ongoing process improvement opportunities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in technical program management. - 3+ years of experience in software or ML development.
Nice to have
- Experience launching software products from research to production. - Experience with roadmap planning, forecasting, and release process management. - Experience working with independent engineering teams in a nascent environment.
