Tenstorrent is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional product development efforts and drive complex programs from concept through execution and delivery. The role supports processors and systems for AI workloads, coordinating work spanning silicon, systems, and software.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional product development efforts to deliver complex hardware products on schedule. - Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication for complex technical programs. - Coordinate execution across hardware, software, firmware, validation, manufacturing, and supplier organizations using structured product development processes. - Translate technical challenges into actionable plans and executive-level updates. - Build alignment across diverse teams and balance multiple priorities in ambiguous environments.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field). - 3+ years leading projects as a Technical Program Manager or Project Lead, combined with experience in product design, validation, or engineering. - Experience working across hardware, software, firmware, validation, manufacturing, and supplier organizations using structured product development processes. - Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication for complex technical programs.
