About the role
This role involves driving execution across multiple engineering disciplines and partnering with engineers and cross-functional teams to interpret technical information, run engineering programs, and enable data-driven decisions.
What you'll do
- Serve as Technical Program Manager for engineering projects and engineering change initiatives tied to revenue and operations.
- Lead and run engineering meetings, track action items, and drive timely decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner closely with engineers to interpret drawings and technical data, communicate requirements, and resolve issues quickly.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer programs, including coordination between engineering, operations, and suppliers.
- Compile, track, and analyze engineering and operational data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with quality, surface technology, packaging, refurbishment, sustaining engineering, and obsolescence teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with analytics, including creating trackers, dashboards, or data models to support engineering, operational, or program decisions.
- Comfortable working in an environment that requires speed, prioritization, and quick decision-making.
