About the role

Texas Instruments is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager within the System Engineering Marketing (SEM) organization to manage a team of system engineers delivering semiconductor solutions for Test & Measurement applications. The role directs the delivery of reference designs, translates customer needs into product roadmaps, and provides technical expertise for precision and high-speed data acquisition systems.

What you'll do

- Lead and manage the test & measurement system team as a direct supervisor. - Define and drive system-level requirements for test and measurement applications, translating customer needs into reference designs, collaterals, or product roadmap requirements. - Serve as technical liaison with key customers and field teams, leveraging system engineers for application support. - Collaborate with product lines to deliver solutions, monitoring the competitive landscape and market trends to provide inputs for future product development. - Provide technical expertise directly to large-volume customers and partner with marketing on general market solutions.

What you'll need

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 8 years of engineering experience. - System-level knowledge of ATE & data acquisition systems (precision and high-speed). - Experience with precision and high-speed signal chain portfolio products.

Nice to have

- Experience with simulation tools and PCB design. - Signal chain technical skills for Test & Measurement sectors.
