About the role
As a Systems Engineer, you will design, integrate, and optimize complex systems that drive the semiconductor industry forward, focusing on the equipment that enables new semiconductor chips.
What you'll do
- Develop system solution engineering projects that combine process, hardware, software and applications engineering.
- Create product solution specifications based on a systems engineering mindset.
- Design, coordinate, and perform tests with rigorous data analysis, providing feedback for improvements.
- Identify and troubleshoot moderately difficult problems communicated from lab testing or field.
- Collaborate with SBU Product Managers and Field Service Organization to distill field data and customer feedback for service solutions.
- Ensure all new designs of hardware and software meet market requirement specifications and are reliable, safe, user friendly and maintainable.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Internship experience (for Bachelor's level candidates).
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
