About the role
This role involves the design of memory systems for HBF-based products with a focus on NAND Flash products. You will work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design memory systems for HBF-based products.
- Manage and execute HBF stress tests.
- Verify and characterize HBF management algorithms on actual systems.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field.
- Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLM algorithm.
- Knowledge of Flash memory.
