About the role
Lead product programs from initial customer quote through production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end of life. This role coordinates Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and external manufacturing partners to align schedule, cost, supply, and customer commitments.
What you'll do
- Own product programs from customer quote through end-of-life planning, defining milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations on quotes, cost modeling, capacity assessment, and delivery commitments. - Coordinate with external manufacturing partners, managing supplier instructions, schedule updates, and capacity risks. - Support pre-tapeout requirements and qualifications while driving key planning milestones to meet sample and production launch dates. - Manage prototype, qualification, ramp, production, and sunset phases while monitoring program KPIs and leading change management. - Maintain dashboards, analyze forecasts, provide status updates, and execute EOL strategies to minimize inventory risk.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field. - 5–15 years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle management. - Analytical experience in data analysis, forecasting, and statistics. - Knowledge of Agile, Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, and Power BI. - Experience managing global teams and suppliers, ideally in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.

- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field.
