This role involves working with New Product Development (NPI) teams to ensure clear engineering drawing requirements and supporting suppliers in the Supplier Selection Process.
What you'll do
- Work with New Product Development (NPI) teams on engineering drawing requirements and supplier communication.
- Interact with New Product Introduction teams to ensure supplier involvement in specification development for design for manufacturability.
- Support supplier development initiatives focused on process optimization, yield improvement, capacity expansion, and manufacturing excellence.
- Analyze supplier performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and cost.
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects throughout the supply chain.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to cross-function cooperation.
- Data analysis skills.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, Power BI.
