About the role
The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor leads a maintenance team to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of production and test equipment. This role focuses on overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics, assigning daily work schedules and providing coaching.
- Ensure equipment uptime through effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
- Enforce company safety policies, environmental standards, and maintenance procedures.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or semiconductor operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing or automated production equipment.
- Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and equipment reliability programs.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities.
