About the role
This internship involves improving manufacturing performance, quality, cycle-time, and cost within the 300mm Post Fab team at onsemi.
What you'll do
- Learn about and help Module Engineers collect data and improve equipment and process performance.
- Develop new processes or controls.
- Evaluate and qualify new materials, processes, and equipment for Post Fab wafer operations.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and device performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree.
- Headed into Junior or Senior year of Bachelor’s degree.
