About the role
This internship involves working as a Digital Signal Processing Engineer Intern within the DFE Technology team. The team develops high performance and low-cost digital front end (DFE) Radio designs for 5G/6G terrestrial and NTN applications with AMD’s unique RFSoC and Versal products.
What you'll do
- Work with experienced team members on Tx/Rx RF modeling in MATLAB for RF Amplifier non-linear responses.
- Apply adaptive algorithms (LS, LMS, RLS, Gradient Descent etc) and advanced ML algorithms for RF modeling.
- Explore advanced adaptive approaches for closed loop linearity improvements.
