About the role
This role involves designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating Chip architecture and Core/Analog/Data Path circuit structures. The focus is on 3-dimentional NAND memories.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate Chip architecture and Core/Analog/Data Path circuit structures.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high performance NAND flash.
- Evaluate circuits through HSPICE, PRIMESIM, and VERILOG simulations.
- Perform silicon evaluation when silicon arrives.
- Work on Power integrity, signal integrity, and chip floorplanning.
What you'll need
- MS or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience in non-volatile memory design (NAND flash memory cell operation in particular).
- Design and device background with experience evaluating new process technologies for use in design.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- PhD and 2+ years of experience is desired.
