About the role
The Staff TPM - Datacenter Delivery is the single-threaded owner for delivering data center capacity from forecast, site strategy, and design through construction, infrastructure readiness, and go-live. You will operate as the single source of truth for delivery milestones, risks, and capacity outcomes while orchestrating cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-optimized data center capacity across colocation, build-to-suit, retrofits, and owned facilities from pre-contract planning through operational readiness.
- Decompose build programs into integrated workstreams spanning real estate, power/energy, MEP design, liquid cooling, procurement, construction, and cluster deployment.
- Act as the primary interface with colocation providers, EPCs, utilities, and long-lead equipment vendors while aggressively managing critical path schedules.
- Identify and resolve critical constraints across power availability, permitting, equipment lead times, and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain program budgets, CapEx forecasts, and capital allocation narratives while delivering regular program health updates to senior executives.
- Partner with capacity planning, AI infrastructure, and finance teams to align site-level build plans with power availability, network topology, and hardware rollout targets.
What you'll need
- 12-15+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations.
- Experience managing multi-site, vendor-heavy environments.
- Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proven track record in improving uptime and performance.
- Ability to operate effectively across distributed teams with up to 50% travel.
Nice to have
- Experience at hyperscalers (Google, Meta, Microsoft) or neo-cloud / AI infra companies (CoreWeave, Lambda, etc.).
- Familiarity with high-density AI workloads, including liquid cooling, >30kW racks, and GPU clusters.
- Experience with utility engagement and power delivery constraints.
- Experience with long-lead supply chain planning for transformers, switchgear, and chillers.
- Experience with commissioning and data center handover processes.
